Standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM (15:00). Check-out time is at most at 11:00 AM (11:00 hrs). We kindly appreciate your respect for this schedule to ensure proper cleaning and preparation of the accommodation.
Access is not automated. Physical keys must be picked up between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM with Eulogio Martínez at the SUPER YA "Rocio" store, located at Leandro Valle No. 14 (corner of República de Perú). It is a mandatory requirement to present your ID or passport to receive the keys. Key return at checkout takes place at the same store from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. If you plan to arrive outside pickup hours, please contact us in advance to coordinate.
Yes, it is possible to store your luggage outside of your stay hours. Please notify us of this request in advance to coordinate. Your bags will be safely stored at the same store where keys are handed over.
There is no washer or dryer available inside the unit as they are currently under repair; please do not attempt to connect them under any circumstances. Alternatively, there is an express laundry service just a 4-minute walk away at República de Brasil No. 58 (they offer same-day delivery if dropped off before 10:00 AM).
The accommodation is currently not prepared to host children or infants because it does not have specific safety equipment. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation.
Pets are strictly not allowed in the accommodation. This rule is essential to keep the space perfectly clean and comfortable for all future guests.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited; the unit features fire-safety smoke detectors that must not be covered or tampered with. Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please note that since you are staying in the heart of the lively Historic Center, you will hear city sounds and the church bells of the Santo Domingo Temple at 6:00 AM; we recommend bringing earplugs if you wish to sleep in.
The apartment features hot water in both the bathroom and kitchen. The boiler takes about 3 minutes to heat up, so we suggest turning on the tap a few moments before entering the shower.
Please separate your trash into two distinct bags: one for organic waste and one for inorganic waste. Take your bags down to the ground floor and notify the security guard at the booth; he will unlock the storage room door where you can enter, turn right, and place the bags in the correct containers.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the "El Portón" building. To access the unit, you must go up the stairs located at the back of the ground-floor hall, as the building does not feature an elevator. Please keep this in mind if you are traveling with heavy luggage or have limited mobility.
Yes, it is completely safe to drink water inside the property thanks to a dedicated drinking water filter installed on the kitchen sink. Simply turn on the tap and wait a few seconds for the filtered water to flow continuously.
The nearest major supermarket is Chedraui on República de Brasil street, located just a 5-minute walk from the property. Additionally, you will find small local grocery stores on nearly every corner of the neighborhood for quick essential items.
The property features outstanding public transport connectivity: Ecobici shared bike cyclostation 262 is situated right at the corner of Santo Domingo square. Metrobús Line 4 stations (República de Chile and República de Argentina) are just two blocks away. Furthermore, Metro Allende station (Line 2) is an 8-minute walk, and Bellas Artes station (Lines 2 and 8) is less than a 10-minute walk away.
